LG661 Stained Glass Window. Since stained glass is my "other" hobby I really looked forward to this one! It has great potential, but I've only had time to work up the one sample so far. I am sure you will think of other ways to do it too. I've seen it done in detail with paintsticks and it is lovely. This one is done with "sludge" translucent paste, using silver, green, purple & blue tinted pastes. (Find them under "Accessories" Page 7)   L452 Hawaii, LJ848 Fish Background. Fish are embossed with Regular Embossing Paste, then stenciled with inks. Hawaii is dry-embossed, then stenciled.

LJ844 Dragon This one is great fun to work with. I got a bit carried away with the "sludge" paste, but it is so easy and always interesting to see just how it turns out. This one is done with gold, red & purple.   This one is mostly red and green with a bit of blue. How exactly do you make the sludge and apply? Its a great way to use up bits of paste. Place the colors you want to use side by side, either on a palette or on the inside lip of the jar. Carefully "lift" the multi-colors onto your palette knife, including a good amount of each color. Gently smooth the paste over the stencil (which you have previously positioned and taped, of course.) Go back over it with a light touch to remove the excess paste, then remove stencil and wash immediately.
